Mini Buns

These cinnamon buns were so cute!  They were just one ingredient in our attempt to recreate and veganize Ben and Jerry’s Cinnamon Buns Ice Cream.  And we were successful.  So successful.  A caramel, coconut milk based ice cream, chunks of these adorable cinnamon buns, and an unbaked cinnamon streusel stirred in; it’s definitely a keeper!
